Most production problems aren't gear problems — they're communication problems. A venue detail gets missed, a timeline changes, a vendor assumes someone else has it covered. We eliminate that by keeping sound, lighting, video, and entertainment on one team with one point of contact.
That means we walk the venue, we ask the awkward questions early, and we build in margin. We load in with time to spare, test twice, and stay at the board until the last guest leaves. Then we strike clean and leave the room the way we found it.
